Changing Images
Some background... In the Flash editor and in the simple forms-based HTML editor, we show a modal dialog with tabs for the various image sources such as your computer, social galleries (like Facebook), or from custom galleries. The new editor instead shows a non-modal Image Browser panel as a strip on the left. Because it isn't modal, it stays open as you select different images on the page which allows you to quickly replace them.
When you select an image, an Image panel appears on the right side to allow you to change various things about the image. It currently has a "Change Image" button that opens the Image Browser panel. Or you can click on the Images button at the top, left to also open (or close) the panel.
1. To close the Image Browser panel, the user must currently click on the Image button at the top, left. Should the panel get closed in some other way as well? For example, should it close as soon as the user selects an image? If so, is it okay that it would then be modal and not stay open for replacing multiple images?
2. Is the "Change Image" label on the button confusing? Should it be something like "Image Browser" instead? If so, should clicking on it again close the Image Browser panel, or just leave it open? Is there some other label that would be more clear?
3. Currently the Pages panel where you select a page is mutually exclusive with the Image Browser panel. In other words, if the Pages panel is open and you then open the Image Browser panel, the Pages panel disappears until you click on the Pages button at the top, left. Is this behavior intuitive? Or should the Pages panel re-appear once the Image Browser is closed?

1. I think what you've created works fine. One suggestion is that when uploading an image from your computer, I found it akward that I had to select my image, then click on Upload. Is there a way to eliminate that step of clicking Upload?
2. Not confusing for me. However, I did find it weird to have to look to both the left and right sides of the design for different options. Could you put the IMAGE and TEXT options in the right panel and leave PAGES on the left?
3.Yes, that's intuitive to me.
