Support for virtual keyboards on Android tablets.

Once we release the new HTML app we'll be supporting Tablet sized devices on iOS, Android, and Windows. For now, text input on Android devices will be limited to external keyboards (i.e., not virtual keyboards). Virtual and external keyboards are currently supported for text input on iOS and Windows tablets.
